Hello! My name is Veronica, aka 13eastman. I'm a freelance artist from Russia, who like to work on character designs and illustrations. If you would like to commission me, here you can find information about my price list and terms of service.

Terms of service

To commission me and make a payment, you agree to the following information.Updated 09.16.2024

General

I don't draw: NSFW, excessive fetishes; festive, national and religious themes; characters that don't belong to the client.I prefer to work with references of the character(s). The client can suggest one or more ideas for the commission, or give me creative freedom, but in the latter case a short description of the character will be required.I don't start working until any prepayment is received for my own safety.I reserve the right to reject a request before prepayment, freeze the commission at any stage due to temporary disability, cancel the commission at any stage due to discomfort.

Payment

I accept payments through Hipolink. Hipolink accepts PayPal and cards.For more complex commissions, I may require additional fees of $30 or more. I may also require additional fees of $10 or more for corrections.Commissions that are $200 or less must be paid all at once without installments. Commissions that are over $200 can be paid in installments overtime.I don't do any returns.

Process

Commission request forms are primarily ordered through Google Forms. I announce the opening and closing date of the commission form on my X (twitter) and FurAffinity.Commissions are not accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. After my selections have been made, I reach out to the individual clients and add them to my queue list on Trello.I aim to complete my commissions within 3 months from starting. Clients may set a deadline for their commission for an additional fee.By default, I always show the conceptual sketch(s) to my client before I start detailing the work. I can also send color layouts before I continue to render the work to the final.Upon completion of the commission, the client will receive PNG file(s) in original resolution.

Rights

As an artist, I retain full rights to all my artworks. This implies the rights to use, publish, print and modify the artworks at its discretion, as well as to sell physical and digital versions of the artworks.My clients have the right to use their commissioned low-resolution image for any non-commercial purposes without my written permission. My clients also have the right to print a high-resolution version of the drawing for personal use without my written permission.More rights can be purchased for an additional fee. The amount will vary depending on the purpose of use. Details are discussed privately.Giving a credit is not necessary as long as my signature is visible.

Notes

Prompt feedback is appreciated. Regular and timely contact keeps me motivated and speeds up the completion of the commission.I will not draw what I find uncomfortable, but I will not judge my clients for their request, nor make public their beliefs or preferences.I'm not a native English speaker and am not yet familiar with most slang expressions, please keep that in mind.

Price list

Before diving into my price list please read the terms of service first.All my prices start from the minimum value, so the final price may be higher depending on the complexity, difficulty and other details of your commission. If you need a commission type not from the list, for example, an icon or a full body with a full render, this can be discussed.Updated 09.16.2024

Emotions

$80 for each emotionA simple rendered sketch / sketch-pack of your character's emotions. Can be converted to a Telegram sticker template upon request.

Simple fullbody

Starts from $300
Extra characters + $150 each
Background + $50 / $300A simple rendered drawing with one or several characters.

Portrait

Starts from $300
Background + $50 / $150This option includes one character with a full render. You get to decide on the character’s expression along with the background they are located in.Size: 4093 x 2894 px.

Halfbody scene

Starts from $400
Extra characters + $200 each
Background + $100 / $400A fully rendered scene with one or several characters. Like portraits, you can pick the expression and pose, but you have more freedom with the background and format.

Reference sheet

$150 for each side / outfit / form
$50 for each emotion
$10 / 50 for items, close ups, etcThe reference sheet may contain a single pose or more sides and details upon request. If there is no character, the design will increase the cost of the reference by $100 - $300.
