Hello! My name is Veronica, aka 13eastman. I'm a freelance artist from Russia, who like to work on character designs and illustrations. If you would like to commission me, here you can find information about my price list and terms of service.

Terms of service

To commission me and make a payment, you agree to the following information.Updated: June 25, 2026

General

I don't draw: extremely suggestive, highly fetishistic or pornographic content; characters not owned by the client.I prefer to work with any reference materials, such as model sheets, artworks, photos, mood boards, etc.I don't start working until any prepayment is received for my own safety.I reserve the right to reject a request before prepayment, freeze the commission at any stage, cancel the commission at my discretion until full payment is received.

Payment

I accept payments via Boosty, Hipolink or EasyStaff (PayPal, cards).For more complex commissions, I may require additional fees of $5 or more. I may also require additional fees of $10 or more for multiple or complex corrections.Commissions that are $200 or less must be paid all at once without installments. Commissions that are over $200 can be paid in installments overtime.I don't do any returns.

Process

Commission request forms are primarily ordered through Google Forms. I announce the opening and closing date of the commission form on my Bluesky and FurAffinity.Commissions are not accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. After my selections have been made, I reach out to the individual clients and add them to my queue list on Trello.I aim to complete my commissions within 1-3 months from starting. Work may take longer due to payment plan or other reasons.By default, I always show the conceptual sketch(s) to my client before I start detailing the work. I can also send color layouts before I continue to render the work to the final.Upon completion of the commission, the client will receive PNG file(s) in high resolution.

Rights

As an artist, I retain full rights to all my artworks.My clients have the right to use their commissioned low-resolution image for almost any non-commercial purposes without my written permission. My clients also have the right to print a high-resolution version of the drawing for personal use without my written permission.The client is not allowed to create NFT of my artwork, nor feed any of my works into an AI Image Generator.More rights can be purchased for an additional fee. The amount will vary depending on the purpose of use. Details are discussed privately.Giving a credit is not necessary as long as my nickname is visible.

Notes

Prompt feedback is appreciated. Regular and timely contact keeps me motivated and speeds up the completion of the commission.I will not draw what I find uncomfortable, but I will not judge my clients for their request, nor make public their beliefs or preferences.I'm not a native English speaker and am not yet familiar with most slang expressions, please keep that in mind.

Price list

Before diving into my price list please read the terms of service first.All my prices start from the minimum value, so the final price may be higher depending on the complexity, difficulty and other details of your commission. If you need a commission type not from the list, for example, an icon or a full body with a full render, this can be discussed.Updated: June 25, 2026

Expressions

$80 for eachSingle or pack of expressions of your character. Includes PNG images with color and transparent backgrounds.

Rough painting

Halfbody $160 per character
Fullbody $250 per character
Background + $30 / $150A rough painted sketch of one or several characters. The size can vary and be adapted, for example, to the size of the desktop background or lock screen upon request.

Detailed painting

Halfbody $400 per character
Fullbody $600 per character

Reference sheet

$150 for each side, outfit, form
$50 for each emotion
$10 / 50 for items, close ups, etcThe reference sheet may contain a single pose or more sides and details upon request. Character design or redesign is available, price is to be discussed with each client personally.
